Package dispatch

We dispatch exclusively with the German post/-DHL worldwide.

Package costs

The package costs are determined after weight. They have passed away from country to country. They are indicated with the order.

Assurance

Our packages are dispatched only insured. (Goods damages must be announced immediately. Because, otherwise, the insurance claim goes to ruin).

Foreign endings

Packages for the foreign countries are dispatched only about the German post (DHL). The fees are directed after the countries.

Dispatch fees overview

With the order process all fees are listed for the packages. They can allow to indicate this comfortably without effecting an order. Only if you on the messenger „order send off“ have pressed, the order is legal and been sent off.
